Location: Kansas City

12+ years of relevant wireless experience, including mostly LTE, but also CDMA \and EVDO. Experience creating drive routes, Drive Testing, post-processing, \and analyzing results. Experience with Optimization \and Multib\and tuning with specific LTE equipment vendors: ALU, STA, Ericsson \and/or NSN. Extensive experience proposing post-launch Optimization changes \and tracking improvements towards target KPIs/SLAs. Extensive experience with local \and global parameter changes \and their impact.  C\andidate must possess strong working knowledge of the following tools: JDSU, Windcatcher, as well as specific OEM’s tools/platforms. Solid knowledge of MS office tools – especially Excel. Experience in project management, project implementation \and process improvement. Strong organizational, inter-personal, facilitator \and communication skills.
