Jay Langford serves as RAN & Packet Core Consulting Delivery Head for Scarlet Wireless. He has over 15 years’ experience in service delivery, project management, business development \and sales in the North American wireless telecom industry. Prior to joining Scarlet Wireless, Jay was VP of Delivery \and Business Development for United Commtel, where he was responsible for Telecom & Implementation Services for North America.

Since starting out his career with Ericsson where he was responsible for services delivery \and project management, Jay has held various senior roles in the telecom industry. He assisted Cisco Systems in starting their wireless telecom division as well as establishing Optimi Corporation as one of the leading Services \and Software providers in North America. Jay earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, Dallas \and his BA degree in Mathematics from Austin College.
