Prior to Scarlet Wireless Ray successfully co-founded Managed Staffing, a full service staffing company with over 700 resources nationwide. Ray has held positions as VP of Staffing, VP, Business Development \and Director of Recruiting at Adea, where he worked for 13 years. Ray manages all staffing operations on a day-to-day basis for Managed Staffing \and Scarlet Wireless.
